Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical. This position provides nursing care in a medical-surgical setting for an 8-week assignment. The role requires recent medical-surgical experience, trauma-care experience, and availability for the designated schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; MAB or Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification; Los Angeles City Fire & Life Safety Card; county employee health clearance completed before the assignment start date; minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience; experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution.
  • Additional Information: The assignment is 8 weeks, and candidates must be fully committed to completing the entire assignment. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
