Job Summary
Med Surg Nurse (Medical Surgical Floor) The healthcare provider is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in medical-surgical care for a position starting on 10/11/2026. The role involves providing expert nursing care within a dynamic Med Surg unit that handles patients across medicine, surgery, cardiac, and neurology populations. The RN will work scheduled nights, with a commitment of three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend, and will be expected to float to equivalent units as needed.

Required Qualifications: 2 years of RN experience in Med Surg, telemetry, or Progressive Care Unit (PCU); EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) charting experience; at least 1 year of travel nursing experience; 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent within the last 5 years; experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6; RN to be assigned to vacancy that best fits experience as applicable
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult trauma units and familiarity with acute care protocols in a level 1 trauma hospital setting
Additional Information: Expectation to float to other equivalent units as needed. The units handle populations including medicine, surgery, cardiac, and neurology.
