RN Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of acute-care Med/Surg nursing experience
• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS required
• Epic charting experience required
• IV start skills required
• Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience with telemetry and peripheral line care/management
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Completion of required credentialing and compliance items by the stated deadline

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer treatments, manage IV therapy, and support telemetry monitoring
• Document care accurately in Epic and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support unit flow by floating to appropriate areas within the organization when needed
• Work rotating holidays and weekends as part of the unit schedule
• Maintain professional communication and uphold high standards of patient care
