- Position Description: This role encompasses patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history and diagnostics, formulating and revising care plans, delegating tasks, and evaluating patient progress. The Nurse promotes excellent patient outcomes through timely, effective, and safe care, participating in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.
- Required Qualifications: Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or equivalent, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: This role may include supervision of staff and work flow within the department. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based nursing practices, documentation, and patient education.
