Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, including those with post-surgical, pneumonia, dialysis, palliative, hospice, and end-of-life conditions. Must be comfortable managing both 'clean' and 'dirty' COVID patient hallways.
- Floor Information: Unit includes private beds, with an approximate census management approach; no cardiac medications or infusions, and remote telemonitoring available.
- Orientation: One floor-specific shift with a preceptor.
- Schedule Notes: Allowed self-scheduling and blocked schedules, ensuring coverage meets unit needs.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to wait for license submission; no employment gap explanations or external facility names included.
