- Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in Maine or a compact state. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Certifications: ACLS. Experience: minimum 1 year in acute care nursing.
- Preferred Qualifications: BLS, strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple patients effectively, knowledge of medications and IV therapy, proficiency with electronic medical records.
- Additional Information: No float rotation required. The unit cares for adult, geriatric, and occasional bariatric patients. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork in a demanding environment.
