Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Magnet-designated and teaching hospital environment. You will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patients with a full range of clinical issues, including significant blood dyscrasias, advanced endocrine pathology, heart and renal failure, GI conditions, infectious diseases, asthma, and more.
• Perform phlebotomy and start IVs as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Float within the service line to meet facility needs.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience preferred; 1+ year accepted if Level 1/Teaching Facility experience is demonstrated.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Must be able to accommodate a schedule with no more than 7 days of requested time off (RTO) during the 13-week contract.
• Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.
• Pending licenses are accepted.

Parking Information:

• Monthly parking passes available; cost may vary by lot.

• No charge for parking during straight night shifts.
