Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical


Location: Tyler, TX 75701
Contract: 13 weeks
Start Date: 10/06/2026
Shift: Nights – 3x12s, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Charting: Epic
Travel Experience: Required
 

Requirements

  • Active Texas RN license or appropriate compact eligibility
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience per requirements; job overview prefers 2 years
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • BLS required
  • NIHSS preferred
  • Med-Surg and/or Med-Surg Tele experience
  • Neuro/stroke experience strongly relevant
  • Experience with telemetry, IV therapy, blood products, and neurological patients
  • Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
  • Must be willing to float as required
