Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN with 2+ years of experience and TN or compact RN licensure for a day shift assignment including inpatient oncology patients.

Details

• Medical Surgical unit in a short-term acute care hospital with 232 staffed beds
• Includes inpatient oncology patients
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM-7:00 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required within scope, but never exceeding ratio of 1:5-6
• Uses Paragon charting system

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg and inpatient oncology patients
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• RTO restrictions handled on a case-by-case basis
