Job Summary
Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) in the healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care on the ENT and Plastic Surgery Unit, which includes caring for patients with tracheostomies, total laryngectomies, and other specialized procedures. The position offers a dynamic clinical environment focused on advanced surgical and post-operative care.

Job Details

• Position Description: RN / MS. Start date: 11/09/2026, end date: 02/08/2027. Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license in Missouri with no license restrictions, ACLS certification, BLS certification, minimum of 0 years of experience, and proficiency in charting with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Additional Responsibilities: Monitoring drains and flaps post-op, managing tracheostomy/total laryngectomy care, tube feeding, phlebotomy, IV access, Central Line Management, and telemetry.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS are required prior to start.
• Special Unit Focus: ENT and Plastic Surgery with care for patients with cuffed/cuffless tracheostomies, carotid blowout precautions, and free flap patients.
• Travel and Licensing: Pending license accepted; no local candidates within 75 miles.
• Other Notes: All travelers will float within the service line, and the contract is firm. No RTO beyond 7 days without approval, and there is a mandatory orientation period.
