Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical Floor, Bluffton, Indiana. This 13-week travel assignment supports acute care medical-surgical nursing with telemetry, progressive care, and swing patients. The role provides night-shift coverage beginning 11/30/2026 and requires strong assessment, intravenous initiation, and telemetry skills.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every fourth weekend and every other holiday.
- Required Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of nursing experience
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Intensive care unit drips experience
- Experience with the Cerner electronic medical record system
- Additional Information:
- Thirteen-week assignment scheduled from 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027
- Acute care medical-surgical nursing responsibilities include patient assessments, intravenous starts, and telemetry monitoring
- Patient ratios are approximately 1:6 for acute care and 1:10 for swing patients
- The unit includes acute care, progressive care, and swing-level patients
- No on-call requirements
- Blocked scheduling may be available
- Navy blue scrubs are required
- Required licensure and certifications must be submitted with the application
