- Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license or state identification, certification in the UHS Skills Checklist, completion of the UHS Submission Packet, and the UHS Prior Employment Form.

- Float: Float rotation may be required, with the candidate expected to float to medical/surgical telemetry, flex unit, observation unit, and emergency department holds.
