Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) registered nurse position is located in Weatherford, TX. The role involves providing care across various medical and surgical units, with responsibilities including documentation, patient assessments, and executing procedures such as IV initiation, Foley catheterization, and dressing changes. The assignment offers a rotating weekend schedule with nights shifts, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs to work in a dynamic hospital environment.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS and ACLS certifications; at least 2 years of hospital and medical-surgical specialty experience; experience with Meditech documentation system; minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and hospital experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech, additional unit-specific certifications, and advanced skills are considered advantageous
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: The RN must be competent in patient experience, ADL, bedside reporting, hour rounding, and service recovery. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs with Med City embroidery. Clear and healthy nails, neat hair, and covered body art are mandatory. Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited.
