Description
The Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to various patient needs and unit demands, including potential assignments to an Inclement Weather Team. Supported by a strong team, nurses will work in a structured environment that emphasizes patient-centered care.
