Job Summary:
Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) located in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients recovering from neurological injuries, trauma, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation services. The role focuses on fostering patient recovery, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality bedside care to support patients' functional improvements.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current state nursing certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Child and Adult Iowa Mandatory Reporters certification, and 0 years of experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of experience in acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings (not required)
  • Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate basic computer knowledge, effective communication skills, and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude. Reporting time is either 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM, with a side of the facility designated for parking. The position is available for a start date of 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/28/2026.
