Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse, located in San Antonio, TX, is responsible for providing specialized inpatient rehab nursing care. This role involves supporting patients with diverse recovery needs, including wound care, diabetes management, and IV therapy, on a dedicated rehabilitation unit.

Job Details:

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: CPR certification, experience in inpatient rehab, Meditech experience, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. No minimum years of experience required.
Additional Information: Experience with wound care, ostomy care, IV placement, and diabetes management is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate kindness, teamwork, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with other disciplines such as PT, OT, ST, and dietitian. Flexibility for weekend shifts and on-call duties is preferred.
