Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 or 4x12 schedule, weekdays with every other weekend rotation

Highlights:

• 12-bed inpatient oncology unit with medical-surgical overflow
• Patient ratios of 1:5-6 for optimal care delivery
• 13-week initial contract with strong potential for extension
• Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred
• Chemotherapy administration experience preferred but not required
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Active RN license (West Virginia or Compact state); pending license accepted for submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (American Heart Association)
• ONS/ONCC chemotherapy/biotherapy certification strongly preferred
• IV start skills required
• Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
• Permanent address at least 100 miles from the facility (75-100 miles considered case-by-case)
• Commitment to attendance expectations (maximum 2-3 call-offs per contract)
