Job Summary
The Medical Surgical Oncology Floor (MS ONC) Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a specialized oncology unit. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care strategies to promote patient health and recovery while ensuring adherence to professional standards and safety protocols.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
Required Qualifications: Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months to three (3) years; management experience of zero (0) to three (3) years; five plus (5) or more years of direct experience; collaboration, communication (verbal & written), judgment/critical thinking, organizational understanding, planning (organizing, time management), problem solving, quality, reliability, safety and risk management.
Education: A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Certifications & Licensure: Current NYS RN License; BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).
Additional Information: Will follow all United Health Services Values. Performs other duties as assigned.
