Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Neuro
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Shift: Nights – 4x12 Hours, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay: $2,380
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS & NIHSS required
- CPI preferred
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6
- Epic charting experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and neurological patients.
- Perform assessments and monitor patients for changes in neurological and clinical status.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to patient deterioration and activate Rapid Response when needed.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Accurately document patient care using Epic and maintain continuity of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
