Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Medical Step-Down night shift position requiring an OH or compact RN license and at least 1 year of critical care or step-down experience.

Details

• Medical Step-Down unit within a hospital setting
• Cares for patients requiring medical step-down level of care
• Night shift: 12-hour shifts from 7pm-7am
• Holiday and weekend rotation required
• No guaranteed hours
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of 1 year critical care or step-down experience required
• BSN or other Magnet-recognized professional certification preferred
• 2 years critical care or step-down experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to medically step-down level patients
• Overtime paid at the regular, all-inclusive rate
