Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - $1,840 per week in Atlanta, GA

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-time travelers will not be accepted. Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit for the position. If candidates pass the clinical review and are within guidelines, they will be sent to the manager for the final decision. Travelers are expected to work on major holidays if they fall within their assignment period. When only one major holiday occurs in the assignment period, travelers must work it. If two major holidays occur, itinerants must work both. For three holidays, the traveler is expected to work two. Full compliance is required to start on time. Non-compliance could delay the start date by two weeks. Candidates should be willing to float within the facility as needed. There will be no call duties associated with this position. Holidays requiring work include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Requests for time off must be finalized at the time of submission. No requests for time off or schedule changes can be made post-offer or during orientation week. All compliance documents must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are to be completed during orientation and are non-billable. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in various laboratory techniques and testing procedures.
