Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a general laboratory setting. Preference will be given to those who have experience using Alinity, BioFire, and Cepheid analyzers. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. National certifications are required, with specified credentials considered. Travelers should be flexible regarding scheduling, though approval for any requested changes cannot be guaranteed. Local candidates may apply and will be considered at a reduced rate from the standard bill percentage. All time off requests must be disclosed at the time of application. The facility may call off one shift per two weeks, but additional conditions apply. The environment is a Level III Trauma Center with a total of 286 staffed beds. All employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November.
