Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis. Float required within scope of practice. Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated. Description: There is a potential to work some weekends. Technicians may need to perform phlebotomy. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered; locals not accepted.
