You must have at least 3 years of current MLT, MT, or MLS experience, a minimum of 3 months previous travel experience, and high proficiency in blood bank and phlebotomy, including tube method for blood bank. ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification is required, and NCCT or NHA are not accepted. You will need to work some holidays, including blocks around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
