  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Contract Type: Temporary-to-Hire (8 Weeks)
  • Program: Local Contract Allied Health
Important Conversion Information
  • This contract is Temp-to-Hire - only candidates interested in converting to a permanent staff position will be considered
  • Full-time pay rate upon conversion is approximately $21-$22/hour
  • Contract pay rate must not exceed $22/hour

MA Duties
  • Room patients
  • Handle patient calls
  • Book appointments

PSR Duties
  • Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars
  • Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation
  • Track referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation
  • Monitor and respond to phone messages, patient communications, and email correspondence
  • Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation within designated systems
  • Maintain accurate patient information and records
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months of CMA experience required
  • Must be MA Certified
  • Must be able to commute to the practice location within 30 minutes
