Travel Medical Assistant (MA) - $22 to $26 per hour in Denver, CO

Overview:
The Medical Assistant, under the direction of a healthcare provider, will assist in patient care, promoting safety and wellbeing. The role involves collaboration with other professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care and adherence to legal and quality guidelines. Experience in Women's Health is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Administrative and Patient Care: Perform tasks as per policies and procedures.
Patient Preparation: Greet and prepare patients positively.
Patient Needs: Attend to, coordinate, and document patient care.
Privacy and Safety: Ensure patient privacy and safety by following HIPAA regulations.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Experience: Women's Health experience is a plus.

Skills: Effective communication, patient care, documentation, safety adherence, procedural knowledge, lab and test proficiency, equipment maintenance, medication administration, issue escalation, and emergency response.

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and/or have a CMA. 

Required:
Current BLS Certification.
