- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, weekdays
What You'll Do
- Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
- Complete Annual Wellness Visits, Medicare wellness visits, and Well-Child Visits
- Focus on preventive care, not urgent care
- Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits
- Support seniors and families in their homes
- Document visits using modern EMR/EHR tools
Must-Haves
- 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
- Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
- Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Comfortable with local, same-day travel and extended travel assignments
- Open to nationwide travel anywhere within the U.S. based on business and patient coverage needs
- Comfortable with frequent travel and changing coverage areas, potentially on a week-to-week basis
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
- Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
- Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
- Experience documenting patient visits in an EMR/EHR system

Schedule & Travel
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Home visits will start in Pulaski County, AR
- Travel assignments may extend anywhere within the U.S. based on business and patient coverage needs
- Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and changing coverage areas, potentially on a week-to-week basis
- Schedules are typically provided about 2 weeks in advance to help with travel planning
- Required travel time is paid, including out-of-state travel and flights to and from assignments
- For local or same-day visits, eligible mileage is reimbursed at $0.725 per mile
- For extended or out-of-state assignments, covered travel expenses may include transportation, flights, rental car when needed, hotel, and meals
- Mobile field role with EMR/EHR charting
