Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for dedicated RNs looking to make a difference in patient care. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC charting.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience preferred; first-timers accepted.
Current BCLS and NIH certifications required.
Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs (excluding ICU, SDU, and ED).
Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for night shift).
Pending licenses accepted.
No restrictions on time off (RTO).
