Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be adaptable to working in a dynamic environment.
Shift Information
- Three 12-hour night shifts
- 36 or 48 hour work weeks
- Every other weekend and holiday work required as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
- Assist with post-operative care and management of orthopedic patients.
- Float to various Medical-Surgical units as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current Medical-Surgical nursing experience is required.
- Experience caring for post-operative patients is mandatory.
- Prior experience in orthopedic nursing is required.
- Telemetry experience is essential.
- Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly favored.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current at the time of submission.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts RN license.
- Candidate must have their own vehicle.

- This position requires flexibility, including the ability to float between units as needed.
