Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) in Spokane, WA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. As a Tele RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring their safety, and providing nursing care in a telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Float between units as needed.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Neurology RN experience preferred.
• Comfortable with the NIH scale and proficient in caring for post-surgical neurology patients.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Expected patient ratios of 1:5.

This position does not require on-call duties or block scheduling. The facility is a Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center with a total of 629 staffed beds and serves as a teaching hospital. Scrub colors for RNs are flexible, and there are no parking fees.
