Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN with an active OH or compact license and at least 1 year of specialty experience for a hospital-based night/day rotating position.

Details

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population
• Rotating day/night 3x12 shifts (7pm-7:30am or 7am-7:30pm), with possible variation based on hospital operational needs
• Required to work at least every other holiday

Requirements

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact) in hand
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• Will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with an acceptable score required on both
• Candidates accepted locally at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not required for this role
