Overtime Pay: $75/hour (after 40 hours)
Local candidates are accepted at a rate $8/hour lower than the travel rate.

Scheduled Hours: 36–48 hours/week

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Med-Surg and Telemetry experience for a 13-week night-shift assignment at Emerson Hospital.
The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor telemetry patients, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support safe patient outcomes in an acute-care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned Med-Surg and Telemetry patients.
Perform assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
Interpret and monitor telemetry rhythms as appropriate to the role.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility protocols.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Promote patient safety and continuity of care.
Float to similar units when required.
Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Requirements
Active Massachusetts RN License – Required
Telemetry experience – Required
Travel nursing experience – Required
BLS – Required (ARC or AHA)
Meditech experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Ability to float to similar units as needed
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation.
