Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry

Location: Concord, Massachusetts
Engagement Type: Travel Contract
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Contract Dates: November 3, 2026 – January 30, 2027 (13 weeks)
Shift: Days
Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
Weekend: Every Other Weekend | Holiday: Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, neurological, and cardiovascular evaluations.
Monitor cardiac rhythms, telemetry readings, vital signs, and changes in patient conditions.
Provide nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including patients with neurological conditions.
Recognize and promptly report changes in cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and overall patient condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established hospital protocols.

Requirements:

Current, valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
Previous travel nursing experience required.
Strong recent experience in telemetry and neurological nursing.
