Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers a full-time schedule of 36-48 hours per week on the day shift. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic and the ability to float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
  • Utilize Epic software for patient management and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Acute care facility experience is preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
