Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry at our facility in Beverly, MA. This contract position offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and providing high-quality patient care. You will work 12-hour night shifts, with every other weekend required. This role demands a strong clinical background and the ability to adapt to various situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care and progress accurately

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a telemetry or similar setting
• EPIC experience required
• BLS-AHA certification required
• Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Must have been separated from BILH for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered

Please note that a day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only), and you will have 2 attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing.
