RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Bay City, Michigan.

Core Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Performing comprehensive assessments upon admission and monitoring condition trends throughout the patient's hospital stay .
Medication & Treatment: Preparing, administering, and charting prescribed medications (including IVs) and managing wound care or specialized equipment.
Care Coordination: Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Patient Education: Instructing patients and families on post-surgery care, medication schedules, and post-discharge instructions.
Emergency Response: Recognizing early signs of medical deterioration and taking swift action to stabilize patients before emergencies occur.

Submission Requirements

2 years MS and Tele experience - [REQUIRED]
Will be required to be in a float pool

Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

Michigan
