• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of Med-Surg nursing or Telemetry nursing experience
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Experience with Meditech, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication systems preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and participate in call rotation
• Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Flu vaccine required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Support patients in observation and step-down-type care as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and facility protocols
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the EMR
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, communication, and teamwork in an acute care setting
