Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Spokane, WA. We are seeking dedicated RNs with at least one year of telemetry experience to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. This position will float between units, so flexibility and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and vital signs.
• Care for post-surgical neurology patients and those with various neurology diagnoses.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Neurology RN experience is preferred but not required; candidates must be willing to learn.
• Comfortable with the NIH scale.
• Ability to care for diverse neurology diagnoses.
