We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Spokane, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and providing high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients on the telemetry unit, ensuring accurate monitoring and assessment of vital signs.
• Utilize the NIH scale and demonstrate proficiency in caring for a variety of neurological diagnoses.
• Float between units as required, maintaining flexibility in patient care.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and support initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of neuro experience.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Proficient in using Epic for charting.

This position offers a supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care. We have Thanksgiving and New Year's covered, but we typically need more support during Christmas.
