Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring an active NH or Compact RN license and 1-2 years of Med-Surg experience.

Details

• Nursing Float Pool unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour night shift schedule
• 13-week contract assignment
• May be required to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin locations
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration (temporary license not accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of Med-Surg experience required
• Critical Care RN experience considered if candidate is fluent with Med-Surg ratios and acuity
• Must complete a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
• Updated resume documenting travel experience required for consideration
• Driver's license with address matching demographics required
• NURSYS report for license verification required

• Weekly orientation provided
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
• Returning permanent staff may apply as travelers after a 12-month break in service
