Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit, monitoring and responding to patient conditions throughout the shift
• Interpret and respond to telemetry readings, escalating concerns as clinically appropriate
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech
• Float to similar units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (ARC or AHA)
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
• Meditech experience required
• Must be available to work either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day per unit need — no time-off requests will be accepted for both days

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with floating to similar acute care units
