Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a float pool position requiring an active MA license and 2+ years of strong telemetry experience.

Details

• Float pool position supporting multiple nursing units within the hospital
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population
• 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
• 48 hours per week scheduled
• Weekly orientations provided as part of the float pool assignment

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Strong telemetry experience required due to float pool utilization across multiple units
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)

Additional Information

• Utilized across multiple nursing units as part of the float pool team
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, and local candidates are not accepted
• Returning employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must complete a 6-month break between any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility assignments before returning
• No RTO will be approved during this assignment
