- Shifts Per Week: 3

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
- Orientation: 16 hours
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact license in hand at time of submission
- At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry required
- Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required
- Must be able to successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
- Must be comfortable working night shifts in a telemetry-focused acute care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult med/surg telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, complete assessments, and document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Prioritize care, manage multiple patients, and maintain strong clinical awareness throughout the shift
- Support a smooth transition of care during handoff and throughout the patient stay
- Follow facility procedures, clinical standards, and orientation requirements
