Travel Med/Surg Tele RN – Quick Highlights Specialty: Med/Surg Tele RN Contract: 13–20 weeks Offer: Auto Offer Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts Experience: 18+ months of recent permanent Med/Surg Tele experience License: Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS, active and in hand Reference: 1 recent reference from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor or Director in the specialty; must be from the past 12 months RTO: Must be discussed and submitted upfront Submission: Candidate can only be submitted to one position at a time within the health system Locals: Accepted at the same bill rate Testing: ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation; maximum 2 attempts Background: Open cases are not accepted; license hits are not accepted Fingerprinting: BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing Modules: Average 6–15 hours; 4 hours billable, additional pre-start hours non-billable Return Policy: Former permanent/per diem staff must be away for 1 year before returning as a traveler.
