• Trauma Level: Level 3
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Required Certifications: ACLS
• Years of Experience: 2 years in acute care
• Float Requirements: Floating to other units (IMC, ED) is expected

**Unit Information:**

• Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric
• Type of Patients: Total joint patients, surgical patients, ACS, patients with acute on chronic medical conditions such as CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, GIB
• Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicel drug dispensing cabinet, Zoll defibrillators
• EHR: Medhost

**Hiring Profile:**

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry, recent acute care experience, ability to handle a 6 patient ratio, travel experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: At least 2 years RN experience, preceptor and charge experience is a plus
• Personality Fit: Compassionate, positive, can-do attitude
