Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $2,113 per week

Exciting Opportunity for a Travel RN Med-Surg!** **Job Description:** - Position: Travel RN Med-Surg - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Duration: 13 Weeks **Requirements:** - 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required - Active RN license at the time of submission - BLS certification required - IV certification required **Unit Information:** - Unit Name: 3rd Medical - Number of Beds: 36 - Patient Ratios: 1:6, occasional 1:7 during surge - Unit Support: Unit Secretaries (day shift only) and LNA’s for both shifts - Equipment: Telemetry - Documentation System: Meditech Expanse **Scheduling and Policies:** - Shift Requirement: 3 - 12 hour shifts, every other weekend, rotating holidays - Floating Policy: Float to the same level of care - Patient Experience: Bedside Shift Report, Hourly Safety Rounding, Personal Connections **Duties and Procedures:** - Key Skills: Med-Surg experience - Advanced Skills: IV certified - Procedures: CBI, Wound Care, drain management (chest tubes, Jackson Pratt, etc.), foley insertion, central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, EKGs as needed **Dress Code:** - Required Uniform: Scrubs (any color) **Additional Information:** - Self-scheduling available, with leadership balancing the schedule as needed - Engaging work environment with experienced staff and innovative technology **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
