Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele night shift position requiring 2 years of experience, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Details

• Med/Surg Tele unit in a 24-bed hospital setting
• Patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00-07:30
• Floating required to other units or Integris facilities within a 75-mile radius, if needed
• Epic EMR experience required
• No block scheduling accommodations available

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact or OK) required, no pending state licenses accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current, valid driver's license or state-issued ID required
• Utility bill in candidate's name matching address within the last 3 months required
• Must provide 2 supervisory references
• Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Tele patients including IV therapy, central line care, and monitoring for complications
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed per 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO permitted
• Former Integris employees must have a minimum 1-year separation from the facility to be eligible
• Any gaps in work history of 3 months or more must include an explanation
