This is a 13-week contract position.
This position requires a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Every other weekend is required, and applicants should be prepared to float within the scope of care to meet facility needs.
The Registered Nurse will work in a 40-bed Med-Surg/Telemetry unit handling adult and geriatric patients, including those with COVID-19. Nurses are expected to care for patients admitted from the Emergency Department and will manage diverse telemetry cases. Orientation on the unit consists of approximately 24 hours, separate from general clinical orientation.
