### Join Our Dynamic Team as an RN in M/S Tele at Lake Havasu Regional Medical Center! **Job Description:** - **Location:** Lake Havasu City, AZ - **Facility Accreditations:** Joint Commission Accredited, Certified Chest Pain Center, Level 3 Trauma Center - **Facility Size:** 171 beds, serving as a community hospital and regional referral center - **Shift Availability:** 3x12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours - **Weekend Commitment:** 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule - **Call Requirements:** None (Flexibility for shifts) **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds on Unit:** 40 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:6 - **Equipment Utilized:** - Baxter IV pumps - Posey bed/chair alarms - Omnicel drug dispensing cabinet - Zoll defibrillators - **Electronic Health Record System:** Medhost **Patient Population:** - Primarily adult and geriatric patients - Care includes total joint patients, surgical patients, ACS, alcohol withdrawal, and those with acute on chronic medical conditions like CHF and CKD **Key Qualifications:** - **Required Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience - Telemetry proficiency - Ability to manage a 6-patient ratio - Travel experience preferred - **Certifications:** ACLS required - **Preferred Experience:** Preceptor and charge nurse experience **Personality Fit:** - Compassionate and caring demeanor - Positive, can-do attitude - A willingness to float to other units (IMC, ED) as needed **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Black (top and bottom) - Unacceptable Attire: Open shoes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
