Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit requiring at least 1 year of travel nursing experience and a FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a 24-bed Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for acutely ill patients
• Unit receives admissions from the ED, PCU, and ICU
• Specializes in caring for sepsis, pneumonia, complex wounds, COPD, and ESRD patients
• Night shift schedule from 18:45-07:15
• 36 or 48 hour contracts accepted
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday requirements are based on unit need

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Current license and primary source verification (Nursys) required within 30 days prior to start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required

• Care for acutely ill medical surgical and telemetry patients with complex conditions
